The Fine Print
- During registration, new participants will be prompted to identify who referred them
- New participants qualify for our referral progran if they have not registered for a CRS program in the last 365 days
- Referral program credits may be applied to the following programs: Volleyball, Flag Football, Soccer, Basketball, Track, Toddler TeeBall, Toddler Soccer, Toddler Tumbling (excluding Summer and Holiday Camps)
- Credits will be added to your account once referrals are registered and paid in full
- Credits are redeemable up to six (6) months from date of issue

Chicago Rec Sports is proud to serve thousands of youth from 200 + schools surrounding our programming facilities. We have developed our School Affiliate program so that families can enjoy additional savings if their school is registered with CRS.
